New Policy Changes for All New Stockholders and Tenants
1. Every new stockholder and tenant will be required to make a deposit in the amount of 2 billing cycles.
2. Existing stockholders going to turn offs will be required to make a deposit in the amount of 2 billing cycles in addition to the water tolls and charges.
3. Delinquent Notice (Yellow Notice) an additional charge of $10.00 will be added to your bill.
4. Door Hanger charge will add an additional $20.00 to your bill.
5. Reconnect Fees (Turn on Fees) are $50.00.
6. After 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and on weekends an extra $50.00 charge for turn on fees will be required in addition to all other tools, fees and charges.
7. Tampering with the meter or cutting off a lock in the meter box will add a charge of $250.00 plus repairs.
8. Return check charge fee for each check is $25.00.
