Bellflower-Somerset customers may have their water bills paid by direct debit from their checking account or credit card of choice. There is no charge from BSMWC for this service. Click here to visit Xpress Bill Pay and enroll in Autopay today.
Our Drop Box is in the parking lot of our physical office. Customers may drop a check or money order payments along with their water bill stub in the Drop Box. Envelopes are provided.

Please note that effective January 2021 all drop box payments are now mailed to our payment processing center. It may take up to 7 business days to process Drop Box payments.
Any Shareholder who is unable to pay for water service within the normal time period may submit an Payment Arrangement Request Form to request an amortization agreement.
Please note: This form is only a payment arrangement request. The payment arrangement will not be finalized until the customer has signed an amortization agreement contract. All payment arrangements are subject to $15 monthly processing fee in addition to the agreed upon payment arrangement and regular billing.
