Bellflower Somerset Mutual Water Company (BSMWC) is soliciting Bids from a General Contractors License (A) for the construction of two (2) PFAS treatment systems at its Leahy Well and Well 944.
Qualified contractors interested in receiving bid documents, including project specifications and requirements, should request information by email. Please include your company name, contractor’s license number and classification, and contact information and send to SLENTON@BSMWC.COM. Bid Packages will be delivered electronically upon request.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 7, 2026 at 10:00a.m. at 14742 Leahy Ave, Bellflower, CA. and immediately following at 16620 Chicago Bellflower, CA. All questions will be due by May 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
The anticipated bid due date is June 11, 2026 at 3:00p.m.
BSMWC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
